... and found some things to take pictures of! With the sun out today, i was almost fooled into thinking that spring is just around the corner! I know, i know... it's only January. Anyhow- here are some of the pictures i came up with today :)

I really like the 2nd, 4th and 6th ones! Very cool shots! I really need to get out there and just capture nature. You did such a fantastic job doing so!
lol the Red things are balloons that were advertising an open house. i found it on my way home and stood behind them while waiting to cross the street so they would block the sun... then realized it was a cool photo op!
Pussywillows??!!! You found PUSSYWILLOWS??!!! I am SO jealous--spring must come much earlier down there in the flatlands ;-). Love all your shots; the textures on the barbed wire are very nice. Great lighting here, Shannon. Way to take advantage of a dry day!
I really like the photo with the tv, but they're all good. At scrapbookgraphics.com someone once did a challenge on 'photowalking', and you're getting wonderful finds in your walking about.
ok, the second and sixth ones are incredible! i love your composition and depth of field! and i know what you mean about the weather--saturday it was a beautiful springy day...today? snow. :(
Wow, those are so neat, who would have thought barbed wire could look so cool? I love how you just found everyday things and made them beautiful. Great job. You sure had me beat on the posting time; hope you get lots of comments.
Nice shots, it looks like you have lots of comments, right now you have 10 more than me. I really like the dof in the first shot, I think that one is by far my favorite. These are some interesting subjects, nicely done.
